An interactive football trainer: a cushioned foam ball and four waterproof sensor targets that register every touch. There are six game modes (four training drills, a head-to-head and a team challenge), and built-in adaptive technology raises the difficulty as a child's dribbling and reactions improve.
Why we chose it
We chose it because it turns solo football practice into a game, and the challenge grows with them, so it doesn't get outgrown in a month.
When to give it
A brilliant Christmas or birthday present for a football-mad 6 to 12 year old, and a great one for siblings to compete on together.
