This means that all returns, refunds and exchanges are handled directly by the retailer you purchased from, in accordance with their own returns policy.

How to return a product If you need to return an item, please contact the retailer you purchased from directly. You can find their contact details on your order confirmation email or on their website.

Your consumer rights Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply to your purchase with the retailer. These rights are not affected by our platform.
